good news: Just got a new rofco in. We are in dept on oven space. The line in front of the door is growing every week, most of the times they are waiting for the loaves to come out of the oven. Let’s start the puzzle how to place it in the hallway
bad news: My beloved bee hive has to leave, we can’t give them the attention they need. My time spend on the bakery & family won’t give me any slack for extra hobby’s. I rather threat them with patience or give them a new home in Broek in Waterland. In my best friends garden they’ll have a wonderful spring!
