how it began

Kometen Brood was born out of the lockdown during the global pandemic. To support the neighbourhood Lard started baking sourdough loaves. Within six months the hallway of his house became a micro bakery and the neighbourhood loved it.

our team

In the last two years we’ve build a team. In the beginning Saskia, Lard’s mother, was a great help to setup patisserie. Today we grown to a full pull team specializing in sourdough, patisserie and viennoiserie.
