Today I bought my first Rofco. With this little mean machine we are able to bake more and bake more beautiful.
Today I’ve sold nine sourdoughs. With thousands of slap & folds I got a dough working. They came out of the oven beautifully. Super happy with the ear and the crumb. The quest continues.
