This oktober we will move to the hall way. The bikes, strollers and coat rack out, rofco’s and kneading machines in. Yellow tiles on the wall and let’s go. Ready for the next adventure

my first rofco
Today I bought my first Rofco. With this little mean machine we are able to bake more and bake more beautiful.
sourdoughs for the neighbourhood
Today I’ve sold nine sourdoughs. With thousands of slap & folds I got a dough working. They came out of the oven beautifully. Super happy with the ear and the crumb. The quest continues.
